Also, you may want to try some girl's stretch denim jeans...be sure to buy them too small. They feel WAY better than tights for some reason...also don't forget to try a unitard under the leotard. I bought stretch jeans, though not that small. And I love them. They are not as stiff as regular jeans, but move with my body. I had mine altered, to fit tigher around the hips and upper legs.
