Unless, of course, you happen to be young enough and flexible enough. I did a ballet for fun class once a week for over ten years and it was sometimes hard, but pitched at an easy enough level without taking exams. I got pretty fit and flexible, so it did me some good as well as allowing me to indulge a little in my dancewear fetish.I would also suggest that classes be held at a weekend when most people could make it within reasonable travelling distance.
