I am in Sydney and just adore Ballet!  I am a 34 yr old T-girl, who loves to wear ballet slippers, tights, leotards, tutus, etc.

When dressed as a girl, I often wear ballet flats.  I have 15 pairs of them!

When dressed as a boy, I often wear a leotard as a shirt, with jeans over top.  I've even worn my black low scooped leotard, with a pair of girls blue jeans, and a pair of black ballet flats out to the movies.  I tied my long hair back with a black scrunchy.  People didn't know if I was a boy or a girl!  It was sooo much fun!

I used to take ballet class, as a boy.  I loved it!  I wish I could still do it, but I have a business, and a family (wife and young daughter), so not much time for ballet (which takes a lot of practice).

When I did go to ballet class, I used to wear black low scooped, short sleeve leotard, pale pink tights, black 3/4 tights over top, black leather full sole slippers (with elastic over the instep, so they look like mary-janes) and my long hair pulled back in a pony tail with a black scrunchy.

I have lots of pairs of pink and black pointe shoes, but have never danced en pointe in class.  Just wore them at home.
