Well if I knew how far behind America was compared to England (or vise-versa), we could work out a time. Sadly I don't know this. I'll try google, there's got to be a website out there. Starting with a day would be easier, then again, seeing as america is behind england (from my point of view) it might make sense to figure out a time first.
