All kidding aside, the answer, as I said is very simple.  You need the material to be drawn tight in the front, with the excess rolled around to the back.  The easiest way to do this is to rotate the material on the legs outward -- the seam that usually runs down the inside leg should be turned up and out, so that it is on the inside-front of the leg. This will tighten the material in the front and will free up enough material in the seat so that the rear seam will slip nicely into the ass-crack.

I would advise using an elastic belt around the waist, with the tights pulled up above it, then folded down over it.
