If you need custom-made dancewear, try renaissancedancewear.com.  Also, there's a site that custom-makes sports clothing, like bike and luge suits (basically, they custom make unitards), called youngsoriginals.com.  They'll make up whatever you design.  Renaissance Dancewear also will make anything you want, including tights with different color panels.  Maleskin.com is NOT a dancewear supplier, but they'll make just about anything in some great fabrics.
