When i am done with work i come home and put on a leotard and tights with a dance belt, and work out in them. It is much easier for me to work out in them in the full range of movements in the excersices i do. I feel i have better support and my work outs can go on longer from the compression of the tights, wich means less fatigue and soreness the next day. Also when i ride mey bike i wear tights and a leotard with my cycling out fit on and it really looks good, nobody can tell. The brands i wear are capizio, dancskin, the styles turtle neck leotard with famale tights, the reason for female tights there is more support, my legs are shaved and i am well groomed, plus that i think i look real good in them. I wear any color, i like colors, but 99% of the time i am in a black turtle neck leotard and a black body tight both by capizio, or some times hold and support capizio tights.
