Actually, log into www.danceart.com and www.balletalert.com and go to their LINKS pages, where you'll find lots of dancewear sites. Jazz BOOTS are available from many sources. I'm a ballet dancer, but have taken some jazz, but haven't bought a pair of jazz boots in several years. The last pair of jazz boots I bought was outside of Chicago at Leos (I don't know if they have a web site.) and they were cheap, about $9.00, but I would anticipate they are a lot more nowadays. One important thing about the footwear available today....There are jazz SNEAKERS, with split-soles. These are musch more rigid than jazz shoes or jazz boots. Your typical jazz BOOTS are a light boot made out of leather. Your typical jazz SNEAKER is more like a sneaker, and takes some time before they get comfortable/flexible. (I do have a pair of jazz sneakers that I wear on the street, but wouldn't think of wearing them in any class; but, then again, I prefer light, leather ballet slippers to anything!) Good luck!
