You can also go to www.balletalert.com and www.danceart.com and click on their LINKS, which will provide links to dance merchandizers (retail). You say you need tights for a Halloween costume ;o) If you need something very special, there's a place called Renaissance Dancewear (renaissancedancewear.com) that will custom make your tights (or entire costume) and will fit to size.
