I LOVE convertibles!! It's pretty easy to switch them back and forth. Just put them on the normal way and ignore the hole under your arch, or pull them up over your foot. When you pull them up over your foot, you just make them as long as you wish, and sort of tuck the part that would normally cover your toes up into the tights, next to your leg.
