Girls had to wear skirts or dresses in school, even in the middle of winter!You would be surprised at the number of men who wear hosiery. Perhaps not publicly. So it IS a social issue. I'm really surprised that major hosiery manufacturers haven't developed hosiery for the untapped "male" market! Sure, they make "running tights" and charge exorbitant prices! But I would bet you that if L'eggs or Hanes came out with colored tights or hose in NFL team colors and logos, you would see men wearing tights on a regular basis within 10 years.
