I found that one's turnout and technique better be pretty strong, otherwise one might break an ankle. It really helped strengthen my feet and helped improve my turnout. No more forcing the turnout by torquing your knee. No matter how you put it, pointe shoes are not like bedroom slippers. The toe box is supposed to be hard as nails. You can go through a pair of shoes in a day, if you work them hard enough. The minute the box starts getting soft, it's time to go get a new pair. Or you can get a couple extra wearings out of them by coating the inside of the box with polymer. Antworten zu diesem Beitrag: |
