I'm one of those crazy men on pointe and I started late so it is tough. It is tremendously fun though, and it has helped my partnering and men's technique. <p>Pointe requires the right shoes (very hard to find) and appropriate padding (very controversial) to work. Remember, you are putting pressure on the tips of the toes. You must have good teaching, DO NOT TRY AND TEACH YOURSELF!
