The fact is I am 40 years old and I'm not even close to being top level in my own sport these days. I was drawn to dance for the movement, strength and balance required, as well as the beauty. I wanted to apply this to my own thing, where I do have strength, balance and flow. I never got into this to be anything or make any sort of statement, I just wanted to better myself.
