[i]>i was just wondering if anyone knows any exercise to strengthen feet inorder to get on pointe. because my teacher said i can get on pointe but the thing is my feet is not as strong as i think they should be so if anyone has any tips and exercises it would be really great!!

HEY~
i actually just asked my teacher that a week or so ago.She said to do releves ...do 8 fast without bending the knees and then plie. and over and over again with that routine. I do about 6 or 7 of tha routine in the morning and at night. it helps. hope it helps u. also do releves with one leg of the ground. it hurts a lil at first but u will notice the dif.
