[i]Hi.my name is amber and i am 14 and i have wanted to do ballet for a fdew years now but have been scared to try it out as i am fairly heavy- i am 5'3" and i weigh 130- what would be the perfect weight for me- i want to take ballet for a while and then move on to pointe. what would be some great stretches to do every day to make myself more flexible so i could succeed in ballet.I was also wondering if i would have the right muscle tone for this kind of thing and would it be wise for me to try it... i do a lot of sports nonstop all year round.. basketball..track..softball..colleyball and soccer... woudl i have enough mucle for ballet and would it be hard to make myself flexible...? any suggestions or input would be great thatnks- Amber[/i]
