[i]>One of the simplest and best ways to stretch your arches is by working with your tendu. You don't need any secrets or machines. Everytime you do a tendu - feel all the parts of your foot. As your heel leaves the ground and then the ball of your foot - feel the articulation. The same with bringing the foot back. Then you do this also with degage' and all the rest of the ballet barre.
