The dancebelt allows you to wear tights as tight as needed. Also the dancebelt allows for a better fit for tights. Red tights are okay to wear but make sure you wear a skin tone (beige) dancebelt as a white or black belt might show through the tights. Ask your teacher if you can wear a unitard or biketard which also covers the top area which takes care of the "women's bathing suit" problem. >>Brief underwear should not be worn under tights for two reasons.
