Each time I think I hit a pinnacle I go find a new studio and a new instructor and learn just how much I dont know and how much I need to refine my movements.
That being said. Take one day at a time and most dancers will tell you they get far more enjoyment out of dancing bare footed as opposed to any shoes. It also really helps you find your "tripod" of your foot which is a great way to investigate stability in your working leg and strengthening all those rotator and lower abdominal muscles. Also alleviates any cheating when doing tendu's and developpes.
Take your time...I think you'll agree with me as you become more saturated in the artform.[/i]
