I used to think that it's a lot until I met someone who was a non-dancer and that weighed 10 lbs lighter than I, but looked 10 times bigger. Only then did I realize that most of my weight is muscle weight....and as we all know, muscle weighs 3 times as much as fat does. So I don't think it's possible to tell how much one SHOULD weigh...it's how one should look, and most importantly, how one feels.
