sit with your back against the wall, put the soles of your feet together. make sure you are warmed up before you start this. gravity will take hold of your knees, and bring them close to the ground. do not force your legs to the ground, this could cause damage.
after about 15 minutes, SLOWLY push the heel of one of your feet forward. you will feel your hips new position. wait a few minutes before trying to stand. your muscles are in a new position, and will feel strange. do this everyother day for a couple weeks. then, every day. it works, it helped my turnout.
do not grab your feet as you sit, grab your ankles.
make sure you are warm, or even better, after class.
