week or so of class. i am noticing that my joints are popping
quite
often. my hips, elbows, knees, back, toes, i could go on. i am
wondering if i should be concerened about this. does it mean i
am
not stretching properly or cooling down properly? i kind of
jumped
into this dance regimen all of a sudden. is this something that
suggests i may be more easily prone to injury?
