While it is true that the major companies are probably not a logical choice for you - it is also true that it is not too late to start. I started in my mid-twenties and danced professionally for 30 years and taught for 25. It is possible. YOu need to find a teacher who enjoys teaching adults and then you need to truly focus and work hard. If you would like more information - and some artiles I have written - please e-mail me at ORZAK@aol.com Basheva
>Hi everyone>I am 25, living in South Africa. I did ballet as a little girl up until age 10, but I've had the urge to start again for so long. I'm afraid that time might be running out for me. It feels as though I've missed my passion in life. Is it to late for me to start? Can I still make a good career out of dancing? Do you have any advice on how to get started? I don't think recources here in SA is too brilliant - maybe there is books to recommend? Thank you Hannah[/i]
