[i]I need help with my weak legs and wrists (and ankles). I wonder about it is some exercises I can do at home for strengthen my feet?
I can't ask my balletteacher now, because she is at a summervacation and don't comes back before August. And she said to me before she left, that I had to strenght my ankles, legs and feet at the summer so I am stronger next dance-season. AND I FORGOT ASKING HER HOW!
So if some of you has any advices I'll be glad!
