....follow your dream !
written by Frustrated on 28.01. at 17:44:37 I took a break from dance between the ages of 18 and 24 and went to college and got a professional degree while some of my friends went to try dance careers.Since then I have kept up my shape and my dancing and I still take class 6-9 hours a week. I take class with very good Russian instructors and they are amazing at their teaching. However, the studio that I go to does not promote adult dancers as well as the younger dancers in their teens. So this makes it difficult to get into productions and such. I am interested in finding out about adult summer intensive programs thatare either for the serious/advanced adult dancer or won't mind having adult dancers in their program. It seems like most of the schools are holding auditions for ages up to 18.Does anyone know of any summer intensive programs for adults in the Southern California area? Please respond. Thanks.
