I started yoga about a 8 months before starting to dance again, probably the best thing I did as you focus on breathing, stretching, and strengthening. Now that I dance and yoga at the same time many of the movements can directly translate into modern ballet and dance. Pretty cool. Pronation? Is that something with your nose?
