I also played college football, and dance was a nice complament and change of pace.I am 50 and have started to take class again. I an very inflexible and had back surgery. I am finding a lot of relief due to the increased flexibilty.I have no inferiority problems and wearing tights is fine to me.I also admire the skill and grace of the women in the room and hope to reach their level of skill and grace.
