written by Really a Dude at on 13.06. at 18:03:46 - as answer to: wearing womens tights to class by Mike >I've recently started adult beginner ballet classes.I'm the only male in the ballet class.Dress code in the class is pretty relaxed ,though most of the women wear tights and leotards.At this stage I don't want to spend lots of money on dancewear ,since I'm only interested in ballet for relaxation and exercise.The ballet teacher suggested that instead of buying expensive mens ballet tights that its ok for me to wear black womens dance tights or even thick ladies fashion tights.Do anyone other males wear womens tights to class?>I always wear womans tights to class, I have loads of pairs in different colours textures and thicknesses and I wear them under a leotard!
