I don't live in Vegas but I would imagine look online under a key word search for Vegas and ballet schools.  Call a couple and see what they specialize in or look in the phone book.  Keep in mind that Vegas probably has some ballet schools that specialize in adults as all the showgirls that live there take dance classes.  You could also call a casino and find out where their girls take dance.  Lastly, try dance.com or a more conservative dance website and see if they recommend any dance schools. check out the this web link:
