I am supposed to be going up en pointe this year but my teacher keeps picking out stuff that I do wrong. I just need some advice as to how I can make my foot point more to the side just by moving my ankle (it just doesn't go that way as much as she'd like it to)to make a straight line down my leg instead of in front of me. and how can I work on not sinking back from releve`? I take dance 5 days a week for at least 2 -3 hours, but nothing seems to be helping. I feel like my muscles are refusing to work and it's very frustrating.thank you! :-( Answers to this message: |
