>I've wanted to start ballet for a while now, but don't know where to find a beginner's class suitable, i'm 19.  also i don't know what i need to buy before i start, or where to buy them from.  anyone help?>Thanks in advancei don't know where you can find a class in scotland..but i do know what you should buy before a class..i'm 15 and i just started ballet like a week ago..okay get a leotard..and some ballet splippers i came into my first class wearing socks! i felt really crappy..but anyways that's really all you need to buy..you could probably get these at any dance apperel stores..oh and what's good to wear? white pantyhose under a leotard and just a shirt over the leotard and if you want shorts..i guess just create what you're wearing and try to make it look as much like dance wear as you can. oh and something good to know before your first class..all the five positions...cause they didn't explain those at all..and umm i probably didn't give you much help on what you wanted but there ya go and good luck!
