Just stick to tights over a dancebelt, and a white t shirt. You don't need a leotard now, herhaps when you become more experienced and really love ballet, then you may want to wear a leotard instead of the t shirt.Professional male dancers wear either one of the following (discounting layers of extra clothing/leg warmers  when the weather is cold and needed extra clothing towarm up faster):-tights over dancebelt and t-shirt-unitard over dancebelt-tights over thong leotard with dancebelt under leotardAnd if you are gay as I am, I wear:-white or very light colour unitard over thong panties or g-strings, to outline, or show your assets semi-transparently for everybody, especially male dancers to see-tights under leotard and no dancebelt.I ofcourse shave everything down there, and to keep my soft or hard organ always pointing up without skewing to either side, my secret is to wear an elastic band on my waist, sewed with a small elastic ring at the centerline of my body, and secure my organ through the ring. So it always stick straight up nomatter what I am wearing or whatwevr movements I am making in ballet.
