Two very good ballet videos are produced by Melissa Lowe called "The Ballet Workout" and "The Ballet Workout II."  You'll need a ballet barre (my husband easily fashioned one out of galvanized steel pipes from Home Base).  You can order the videos from Collage Catalogs. Your local video store can also order them.  I bought mine at Suncoast Video.  The first video is for the extreme beginner, but it has two separate workouts combining for 85mins of ballet.  The second is my favorite!  Also includes two workouts and is just short of one hour.  I have David Howard's inter-advanced video which is also outstanding, in my opinion.  Check out Finis Jhung's site at www.finisjhung.com and he has several videos to choose from.  They run about $60 whereas Lowe's and Howard's are $19.99 to $29.99.  Also try www.amproductions.com. Hope this helps!
