I enjoyed it a lot. I did not even know that men did pointe work as I have never seen one - power to you! You must have very nice feet. I too am starting pointe late in my career but I love it and I think it looks elegant! One of the hardest things I encounter is that I am always the oldest in my pointe class; many of them are age 8 through teenagers. They are so fearless and they learn so fast!
