written by b on 22.12. at 20:08:16 a week or so of class. modedrn, ballet, and jazz. i am noticing that my joints are popping quiteoften. my hips, elbows, knees, back, toes, i could go on. i am wondering if i should be concerened about this. does it mean iam not stretching properly or cooling down properly? i kind ofjumped into this dance regimen all of a sudden. is this something thatsuggests i may be more easily prone to injury? just wondering... -b Answers to this message:
