You won't have to go into a ballet-prep type course, since you know the basic steps and their names (If you forgot these, get the Dover Technical Manual and Dictionary of Ballet; just ask the book store for the ballet dictionary published by Dover, and get Dover's book Vaganova Technique). Most basic adult courses start out real slow. If you find you bounce back quickly, the more to advanced beginner classes. If you're out of shape, get exercising. Bike or swim to build up aerobic capacity. Stretch to help with the muscles. Etc. Is where you live a problem? Do you know of any schools in the area? Any questions, post another message. Good Luck!
