You<br>have to have something to hold the tights up. If you use<br>suspenders, you must cover them up, which you can't do if the leo<br>goes under the tights. If you use a belt, it makes a line at<br>your waist. But a leo over the tights does the whole job for<br>you, with no suspenders and no belt. The only realistic<br>alternative is a unitard.
