Sure, there is some dancewear that is obviously made for women, and some for men. But, most of it is mostly unisex and unless you read the label, you don't know the difference. I don't wear tights per se, but rather either running tights or leggings, and I have more than one male professional dancer in those. However, it is up to you, and your comfort level. If you feel you need to wear mens dancewear because it is for men, thats fine. I was just trying to give you alternatives, and still keep your perception of your own manhood intact.
