I got the top in the men's underwear department at Macy's, of all places. Jockey markets meryl fabric items under its own brand. I didn't really look at the meryl boxer briefs that Jockey makes, so I can't tell you whether the boxer briefs are the same as the ones sold for use as dancewear.
The meryl tops that Jockey makes have the Jockey logo on the waistband, but you have to look hard to see it, and besides, if you tuck the top into your tights, the logo won't be visible at all.
I wore my Jockey top into a performance I was in last week and one of the other guys there wore the exact same thing, so I guess the word is out about meryl.
I was motivated to buy the top because a garment made with the meryl fabric wick away moisture from your skin so that it takes longer for the tee to start looking damp or stained from sweat. Besides that, the top is very comfortable and it fits my torso like a glove. [/i]
