I wear a leotard and tights to ballet, and I get the required look by securing my penis and testicles in a small rubber sack, sewn on to strong elastic, which is then pulled back between my legs. I secure the back of it to an elastic belt by means of velcro. In this way, the whole of my genitalia is placed between my legs, and by pulling back on the elastic, and securing it the belt at the back. Lots of people either think I'm a girl, or ask me if I've head an operation - so it certainly works.
I must say however that I have the smallest penis I think there is. I was always so embarrassed about this at school. Now it's quite convenient given my interest in ballet.
I discovered the method when I was at college in Scotland. My friends thought I looked a bit like a girl, and for fun they entered me in a beauty competition. One of the girls had a wig like a bob, and when I tried it on for fun, my fate was sealed. I wasn't that happy, but I decided to go along with it - after all everyone was encouraging me.
They dressed me in a lilac coloured swimming costume, and a small committee of girls decided on the novel method of hiding my penis. They started off with an ordinary rubber glove, which they adapted as above. If felt very strange, but it seemed to work.
They got me to have my legs waxed, which definitley gave me the look, especially when worn with sheer tights - I can recommend this. One of the girls supplied some 'bra fillers' made of silicon, which again seemed to do the job, when worn under the swimming costume.
Finally, they put me in make up, which really transformed me. I felt so emabarrased. On the said night I was so nervous - surely I would be found out. Strangely however, I carried off the illusion. To everyone's surprise including my own, I actually won the competition.
I had to be interviewed etc, which no one had bargained for, but again, that seemed to go ok, and I wasn't discovered.
Every since I've always loved dressing as a girl, particularly wearing a swimming costume in the summer, and wearing a leotard and tights at ballet. For ballet, I would add, that you can look a lot more convincing if you have your hair in a bun. Alternatively a nice bob is ok if worn with a headband.
Hope this helps and good luck.
