One gym I go to requires a unitard/singlet and a dancebelt be worn for aerobics so it's not rubbish. The attire is required because the dancebelt helps protect from injury (and yes wear in up position) and the unitard is required because it allows the instructor to see if you're doing the aerobics movements right as well as allowing for more freedom of movement which loose fitting clothes do not allow. Only a dancebelt (thong type) and a snug unitard/singlet can be worn with no exceptions.>>>>At the gym I go to you have to wear tights or a unitard for aerobics as well as a dancebelt and wear in the up position. >>OH RUBBISH! SO THERE'S A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS "MUST WEAR TIGHTS. MUST WEAR A DANCEBELT. MUST POINT YOUR...." and so on ? IN A FANTASY WORLD MAYBE (AND A GREAT FANTASY, I WILL AGREE WITH YOU) BUT NOT IN THE REAL WORLD. YOU ARE SO FULL OF YOU-KNOW-WHAT IT IS UNTRUE![/i]
