It's made by "Body Basics." The first belt looked bulky and uncomfortable; the second looked like it wouldn't fit over my hips, let alone my waist. I bought it anyway, took it home and tried it on. It fits perfectly. I rolled my tights down and over it, then did a couple grand plies and battements.
