[i]I wear mostly tights & a T-shirt...the usual combination. The only latitude I allow myself is wearing tights in colors other than black. This has just gotten harder to do, because I've learned that M. Stevens, one of my favorite manufacturers, now offers only black or white. I learned this from Claudia Folts at tutu.com; apparently they won't make custom colors unless you're ordering dozens at a time. So Claudia offered to dye a pair for me--$8 extra, which is less than you'd have to pay me to do it. I requested navy blue; for some reason she had trouble with that & what I got was a pair in a sort of gunmetal color...absolutely stunning. And they had that nice, well-made M. Stevens milliskin feel to them, as always. So the story (this time around, anyway) had a happy ending (especially since I have a pair of navy Bal-Togs).TomOh, yeah...T-shirts. Generally slightly wacky ones with funny (but not indecent) slogans on them. Latest one says, "When all else fails, shred the evidence."
