I've found that at nydancewear they will "custom" order a thong back on any leotard, for a couple extra bucks. I think it's worth it. But they do have, in their regular catalogue, a men's Bal-togs leotard with short sleeves and a thong back -- I have two of them. Probably anyone who carries Bal-togs can get a thong-backed short-sleeved leotard. I used to have a seamstress that would take in the back to a thong. This is also an option.
