They are opaque enough for male. After your performance, you can certainly wear them to the class. You are right, most men in class don't wear white. The white tights, like tux, are somewhat too "formal" to be worn in the class. But I don't believe anybody will criticize you for doing that. I wore white tights to my class once in a while and everybody seems to be delighted to see me in white. It's rather flamboyant though, especially you have a good body wrapped in white.
