I wrote their on-line customer service person and got a response saying it takes 4 - 5 weeks to ship. Hello! I told them it was already 6 weeks! They ignored that part of the e-mail. Has anyone had problems with this company before? I regret to say that the defective tights were also from River's Edge. They did take a long time to ship, but not longer than the 4 weeks maximum they had said it would take. Since I only found out today, Saturday, the tights were "bad", I haven't yet contacted them, but I will make an email inquiry about their return policy. Despite this setback, I intend to keep doing business with River's Edge, unless someone here can tell me another place, on the Web or elsewhere, that sells men's Bal Tog XXL tights. Plenty of dance merchandisers sell Bal Togs, but only up to XL. As a guy who is over 6'4", XL is too short. I find I prefer Bal Togs to the other alternatives, M.
