I take five 1 1/2 hr. ballet classes, 3 pointe classes, 2 lyrical dance classes a week. They are all free. My obligation (my personal goal as well) is to do the best I can. I admit my teachers are somewhat biased towards my ability to express myself in dance. I guess if you are in an adult class, the school fees are quite expensive. If you want to become a professional dancer as a career, and started to train young, and you improve as you grow, then ballet class is not expensive at all.Sports are expensive as well, no matter what your interest is, it takes considerbable expenses to achieve your goal. Are we talking about a career or a hobby? There are main differences, a career may earn you fame and money whereas a hobby can be a depthless pit.I also don't know what is the fuss about pink shoes for boys, I wore them when I started ar 8 and continue to do so. I don't wear a pink leotard over sheer tights nor a tutu. Even when I attend pointe work, I still wear my white unitards over a dance belt, and my pointe shoes comes in pink as well, what is the big deal.We are in class to learn and explore and express our abilities in a dance medium, not acting out our fetishs or anything else!Sami Antworten zu diesem Beitrag: |
