But are you a person who is going to feel comfortable confronting these jerks directly? Recognize that they may respect you for your directness and change their behavior. Also recognize that, depending on how you approach them, it could get ugly. Can you deal with that possibility? I'm not a confrontational person. My first instinct is always, whenever possible, to resolve a problem in a way that "we can all just get along." Thus my suggestion that you cover up. But it's your situation, not mine.
