There are some places that make specialized "dancebelts" that may have this effect, but they are often too expensive to recommend.  For example, www.maleskin.com makes a dancebelt that looks revolutionary, but it is a bit pricey.  I wear out a dancebelt in about a month, so I need to find dancebelts at a reasonable price.

The alternative is to buy the material you want, coolmax or wicking, and have the dancebelt made for you.  I have a Korean tailor who made me a speedo-style suit based on a nylon suit I wore in high school but in a spandex fabric I found.  It's a perfect reproduction of my high school swim team suit in a more comfortable spandex.  I'm sure you could find a tailor who could remake your favorite dancebelt in a coolmax (or other) fabric.
