Not only that, but the whole site is heavily moderated, so users are carefully watched and access is restricted to weed out those serious dancers from the "others".>>-Akur>>Thanks. I am already a member of Dance.net, and you're right. It is well monitored and does not tolerate all the fetish crap that has polluted so many other dance sites. It just annoys me that this site can't be free from people who want to share their most disgusting, unwanted and just plain stupid fetishes. May I also suggest criticaldance.com, danceart.com and balletalert.com. All of them moderated (perhaps a little too much so for some tastes). Messages are vetted by the site monitors, and if they don't like what you say, your post disappears. Each of them is devoted to ballet and modern dance, and to serious discussions and questions. Real Dancer, I recommend the Men's Forum on Ballet Alert especially. Mel Johnson, former professional dancer and current ballet school owner and instructor (also a retired Army major), is as helpful as can be. Say goodbye to this vale of tears, and don't look back.
